Celeste is allowed to use the Talisman's powers, but cannot be possessed by Murr.

Quinlan Vos has no knowledge of Morne. Morne in turn has a week of prep.

Quinlan wins if she isn't drawing on Muur.

She could win since she has a week of prep and it's a random encounter for Quinlan.

Not really sure what a week of prep provides her.

She's pretty strong to begin with, she smacked Vader with an object even before she drew on the talisman at all.

I think Morne has a definite chance sans talisman even in a sudden fight, a week prep gives a major edge. With drawing on the talisman (with her still in the driver's seat) I think she outmatches Vos solidly and the prep makes it fairly insurmountable.

She is a quite solid master and the best of the Jedi Shadows.
