I'm undecided atm. I think a strong case can be made for Katarn. From what I hear he has some solid feats against Jerec and co.

Whatever you consider his prime.

Katarn should definitely be able to hold his own in a duel, but I don't think he's got any feats that would grant him an edge over Bane in the Force.

Good match, but I'm going with Bane.

He should be able to beat Bane in a duel, not sure about the force. Leaning towards somewhat of an even split.

Beating Jerec is more impressive than anything Bane ever did. Jerec was capable of causing a massive explosion, hurling portions of the valley of the Jedi, and Kyle resisted the dark energies Jerec was using:
