As to the thread, IMHO Sentry wins (especially if we going by the WWH version).

Prof. T.C McAbe
I liked his Daredevil run but he got worse over the years.

Which one is the Sentry?

Yellow Sentry wins.

hahahaha. wow

at least he is creative with character designs

Reflassshh
Astounding, breathtaking art.

Going with blue Sentry, his story was so elaborated and complex that he cannot possibly lose. Unless yellow sentry uses super flare.

Reflash, this stuff is all theoretical. Carver just means based off what he sees now there are plenty of characters who can tank this attack. I agree.

carver9
Agreed on what Quan said. I had an entire post but I think Quan nipped it in the bud.

Reflassshh
Well, considering we don't know exactly how powerful Ulysses is, I don't think making assumptions out of it so early would be accurate.

Each to his own I guess.

abhilegend
Of course you agreed. Nobody mentioned that Superman overloaded a being who was already superman level+amped on the energy of an entire planet+superman's own HV and it destroyed his indestructible armor which under the very same writer tanked a direct attack from omega beams.

Yeah, the attack is going to **** any top tier up.

Ulysses is powerful but his durability is questionable. Even while amped off of a planet, he still got koed by the shockwaves of that planets explosion. Just the shockwaves. Don't think the heat attack is enough to warrant a win against top tiers. Not yet...probably in the future.

carver9
By the way, Ulysses was trying to absorb Superman attack...

We have no idea how much energy Uly can absorb, especially on top of the energy he already had.

Wut? Getting koed by a planet exploding is a low showing now?

Under Johns, not a single Herald level character has survived a planet exploding without getting ****ed up..

He had hulk getting KTFO by a nuke FFS.

I dont remember ulysses being amped by a planet, mind re-joggling my memories?

That planet was in the 4th dimension, hence we dont know its properties, but its defo above an average 3dimensional planet......and theres also the fact supes was put in a kryptonite radiation induced ship before escaping; superman grabbed ulysses before the planet exploded, so we dont know if ulysses could have survived or not.

So you have proof that it's above an average planet?

The shockwaves temp dropped him. Feel safe at saying that the explosion probably would've killed him.

He had hulk getting KTFO by a nuke FFS. Just because he disagrees with you this does not mean he believes it to be a low showing. This is also based off multiple writers not one. Quit picking and choosing what writer counts and who does not.

Oh look the power of a million Sun's going off.

In comics we call it's Super Solar Flare.
