Malgus at his peak as the False Emperor, Freedon Nadd in his body, at his peak.

No prior knowledge, in-character, standard equipment, fight to the death.

Fight takes place within the Deathstar, unpopulated. Starts 100 feet apart, non-visible.

Hard to say how powerful Nadd is in his prime.

Should be comparable to his spirit.

I don't recall any barrier feats from him to suggest he can't break Malgus's bones or something and Malgus doesn't know any sorcery to dissipate his spirit. Not sure. He can probably possess him or something as well

On the spirit front, we can say that a physical death counts as a loss.

Malgus most likely.
