A bunch of 'who came firsts'?

It'd be more interesting if I didn't know them all (many aren't close!). The trickiest was Swamp Thing vs Man-Thing, but, heck, I remember that from it being a somewhat memorable piece of trivia which one came first.


And it's pretty silly for the site to say 'who had the most original ideas?' when it's comparing characters like Batman and Iron Man (not too similar!), and leaves out many of Marvel's most famous.

Actually I think Man-Thing and Swamp Thing were both inspired by the character known as "The Heap", who was later purchased by Image and fought Spawn.
