Who wins?

Legends: Vader is more or less equal to Starkiller even as of ANH. He apparently grew more powerful throughout the OT.

Disney: Vader can stop, lift and crush an AT-AT Walker. But no evidence yet he grew in power throughout the OT.

Either way, I think Vader is simply more Powerful than Maul. Maul's still a beast though.

Maybe Vader via Force. Maul wins a duel.

Maul's overly aggressive style would probably prevent a lot of Force use.

And besides Starkiller, Vader never bested someone really strong. And guys, who were - more or less - average gave him a trouble. Somehow, I can't see Vader comfortable winning against Mace, Dooku or even Maul. All of them would take the majority against him in my opinion.

Except Starkiller is above or around the skill and power of Mace, Dooku, and even Maul? What you just said makes no sense.

Why on earth would Starkiller be around the skill level of any of those characters? He's more powerful than all of them, but outclassed in terms of dueling ability.

Well, I consider Starkiller as badly inferior to all of them as a duelist. And most of duels in SW are basing on that. Even the greatest masters of the Force, like Yoda and Sidious decided to fight this way in their duel. Besides that, I doubt that Stakiller would be able to take a clear advantage over them via the Force. Perhaps in the Force only, without a saber, yes. But not in all-out.

In the canon battle, Vader won by stabbing himself.

"What could you possibly hate enough to destroy me?"
"Myself."

Vader is superior now to that version of himself, so I reckon he won't need to do any seppuku moves this time.

Vader more or less proving the supremacy of the movie era stuff over non cannon TOR crap tbh

Of course movie era is stronger then TOR.

It's mostly because the Force is created by Life, and Life, in turn, creates the Force.

Over the thousands of years between TOR and Movies, population explosions have made the Force grow flat out stronger over time, assuming the population growth of the Star Wars verse is equivalent to the real world.
