Who wins?

Team 1 has the raw power advantage, team 2 has the sorcery advantage.

Team 1 via some DBZ kamehameha s***.

Starkiller has nothing to show he's resistant to Vitiate's TP, likewise, Durron was mentally dominated by Exar Kun's spirit.

They'd lose via TP.

So team 2 imo.

I'm shocked to see that coming from Carthage but yes, they both go out via TP which leads team 2 to victory.
