Team 1 takes this. Malgus and Kun are likely the two most powerful combatants here and the Hero is the "weakest".

Hero > Ulic tho.

Assuming no giga-drain, HoT is the Exile's superior in every respect and could defeat Traya even on Malachor. Other than that ability, she has nothing the Hero can't tank through and proceed to cut her down.
