An the Darkseid most are familiar with, the one who usually fights Superman, isn't even his true form (albeit that one would still be more than enough for this thread). He shrinks when he uses the Boomtubes, his actual true form is much stronger an much much larger.

As for what Heaven has done, created Spectre, Zauriel, Phantom Stranger and so on. Heaven is no pushover.
