Even if you hated the original FF:XII, you will love this game. You take control of Vaan, Kytes, Filo, Penelo, Balthier, etc. Basically all the people from the previous game, there are a few new characters but they shall not be named.
This game was awesome, with the ability to use summons as literal soldiers, you use espers at your disposal, watching as Ifrit uses Hellfire and you still get to use him till he dies, then all you need to do is re-summon him. The animations are bad-ass, the graphics are pretty good for a 2D-3D game.
Also, Vaan is actually likeable in this game, what with him being the main protagonist, he must be, right?
