Shaman Xman is too much as well. He can mind rape anyone on the opposing team and easily at that.

Pre-Crisis Fate had mental powers as well. Along with TK, super strength, durability, etc..

Plus, Tangent Superman pretty much cancels out X-Man. He's a massive TP/TK.
