He is faster than humans but a slowpoke comapred to the likes of Superman, Glads or Flash.

Thunderclap should take care of Makkari. That or he hurts himself bouncing off of the Hulk.

You realize that Makkari is an Eternal right? He has 100% control of his body to the molecular level, he can teleport, fire off energy blasts, has mental powers, etc... He moves so fast that anyone with non FTL speed or space/time manip is a statue to him.

In a PISless forum fight, Hulk couldn't even mount an offense against Makkari.

Yes. See the "Great Race" in the last few issues of Quasar as proof.

At some point didn't Makkari say that to focus on his pure speed he sacrificed development of some his other Eternal abilities?

Yes. But a) Sacrificing development doesn't mean he doesn't have them, b) this is the worst possible thing for Hulk because a PISless Makkari moves so fast all other non FTL speedsters or people without space/time manip are unmoving STATUES to him.
