Who wins?

I think Quicksilver is going to be too much here.

BL can move fast enough to make QS not too much. He and Hawkman are arguably the two most powerful guys on the board.
Deathstroke and Midnighter are able to take out people well out of their league(s).
I'm really thinking Team BL, but not a stomp.
