Ahsoka & Starkiller have been tasked by Luke to find the Mortis dagger (like other Jedi). Starkiller is paired with Ahsoka due to her experience with Mortis and the dagger. They catch a lead and it leads them to Tython where a smuggler claims to have the location.

They land, but are separated due to a disturbance in the Force. They are ambushed by Vestara & Malgus. Ahsoka is locked in a battle with Vestara. Now remember she has experience fighting dark side users (Asajj Ventress) and has received training from Anakin, Obi-Wan & Plo-Koon. Vestara has received some training from Luke and fought Abeloth.

Starkiller is locked in his duel with Malgus. At first Malgus thought this Jedi would be a pushover, but quickly realizes Starkiller is lethal. Starkiller has received formal training from Vader and has also been trained by Rahm Kota. Malgus is a veteran of fighting and killing Jedi.

Who wins and who dies?

Wait, so are Ahsoka & Starkiller even near each other when they fight? Or they're completely separated fighting separate battles?

Completely separate battles. Not together:
Ahsoka vs Vestara
Starkiller vs Malgus

They got separated on Tython so they can't fight together.

Starkiller vs. Malgus is a very interesting fight.

In the force Starkiller has a clear edge, in the duel Malgus is superior.

TFU Starkiller can probably overwhelm him in the force, he'd lose a duel though.
