Surfer pretty much soloes. Even if Ronan used the gem at full planet-killing ability, I doubt that would be enough to kill Surfer, who killed planet-swallower Galactus.

Shaw solos because... well f*** it.

Surfer solos. Shaw's never shown to absorb energy on the level of that which the Surfer can put out and QS is too slow
