Yea she one shotted a frost giant in Thor, and held back Mal in Thor 2.

Even with her very limited showings, I am tempted to say Frigga. Siff has never done anything for me that really put her above most other Asgardians. Frigga made Malekith look like an utter joke in their fight. Not to mention she was the one who taught Loki Asgardian magic, so she has that to draw on as well.

Frigga easily.

She was > Mal and according to Thor 2 she is the one who taught Loki magic.

"You may have had her tricks, but I had her trust" I believe was the line.
