I'll give some insight into Nemesis for those that don't know.

Nemesis inadvertently caused the Prime Multiverse (which houses 616) to fold into the Malibu Multiverse:

To think this wasn't a complete IG or even an incomplete IG,
but rather, whatever remaining energy was left within Nemesis after the Ebony blade split the 7 Gems up.

The 6 Gems were gone! (conscious & free) ... then ... whatever trickle was left behind remade the Ultraverse many times over
and finally fixed everything that was unraveling. (including Two MultiverseS meshed together)

... meh, not too surprising since this was supposed to be the power of the Infinity Being after all.

Wow......thats intense

In Flashpoint Pandora with Barry Allen folded the Wildstorm multiverse and Vertigo together in the main multiverse. Not sure how much Allen contributed, but I'm betting it wasn't much, since an aspect of Pandora said she was able to wipe out the multiverse for shits and giggles.

^ it wasn't just stated. We were shown how the previous multiverses were destroyed on panel. And it seemed that those aspects of Pandora destroyed them without too much effort.

Although, the Pandora which is regularly featured may not be her standard version, most likely depowered somehow. Still nothing of the sort was mentioned so it's just speculation on my part. But her power level is all over the place. In one showing, she's struggling against Vandal Savage and Giganta, in others she is taking on Blight, and in Futures End it's revealed that she's basically an abstract level being.

It honestly doesn't get any more contradictory than that.

Futures End Pandora is pandora 5 years after her standard version, so its reasonable to say that pandora got in touch with her true power in those 5 years.
