"The Dome" is one of Reed's ultimate inventions. Within The Dome, time passes at a much faster rate, allowing Reed to live/evolve for one thousand years in just a matter of weeks in the real world:

Reed continues to prove a very interesting and creative character. I like the way he can talk with Thanos, he isn't treated like an underling by Thanos. More like equals. Although that is more me looking into things.

Here's to hoping he gets an even more in depth role (given that he appears on the cover for Secret Wars #3 and he is in the leaked Secret Wars #0 comic too).

Yeah, Thanos definitely seems to respect Reed. I also like that Reed is not threatened or intimidated by Thanos in the slightest.

Oh I'm sure he will play a significant role in Secret Wars, as this issue laid the foundation for an imminent war between his earth, and earth 616.

It's good because it isn't like one of them characters that is hedging their bets and acting like something he isn't in front of a character. He gives off the aura that he shouldn't be messed with. It's actually very rare for any character in comics (barring the high Abstracts for someone to not be intimidated by Thanos). Makes it a feat in itself.
