Who wins?

1. Sabers
2. All-out

Nephthys
Eh, Imma go with Kas'im.

I'd favor Darach, personally. He fought multiple opponents and bested one of them, and perished to Malgus likely due to exhaustion. I don't see Kas'im beating Return Malgus let alone Vindican. Also the whole needing to sabotage Bane's training, and getting driven back by him doesn't make him look good at all. His force feats are also superior

Darach takes it with difficulty.

He only needed to use that he'd sabotaged Bane's training because Bane is a Force titan who'd eclipsed everyone in his era by that point in power. And cuz he's some kind of freak who learned all of Kas'im's shit in a year. So yeah, it's just because Bane is so good which I know you won't want to hear.

Kao's force feats are better but Kas'im defense was still very strong and I doubt Kao will get much of an advantage with the Force. Kas'im is the more technically gifted duelist and just better swordsman imo.

He might be more "technically skilled" but that means nothing to a guy that has the better showing of fighting two opponents at once. Also Bane's force abilities have no bearing on his lightsaber skill, it makes Bane look good that he drove him back- and it calls Kas'ims skill into question. Darach held off 2 duelists at once slayed one of them, and died to Malgus who had also beaten up Satele. Darach's force abilities are just a minor advantage imo, the two are primarily duelists and would likely just shove each other around.

Well one of those opponents was an Inquisitor who doesn't specialise in sabers and has little implying he's an amazing duelist. Malgus at the time was very good, but not on Kas'im or Bane's level. I didn't say anything about Bane's force abilities, I said power. Which is what the book states is behind Bane's edge over Kas'im. Darach did well to fight two opponents but he's only facing one here and Kas'im is simply the better duelist.

Darach has a chance in all out.

I'm glad you think Kas'im is better? Again what feats does Kas'im have surpass fighting these two at once, aside from being driven back and having to resort to cheating? Obviously his skills are meaningless if he was driven back by a less technically skilled opponent, and Darach has the better showing of holding off two skilled duelists and even killing one. There is no reason to believe Kas'im is more skilled, when has no feats in the book surpassing fighting two duelists at once. I'm going to need more than your opinion here

Probably Kas'im. Darach has a chance of victory, though.

DarthAnt66
Feats for Kas'im?

carthage
Killing his master off panel, and tons of stuff that occurred on a darkside nexus. IIRC he blew open a door in a space battle when he boarded a Jedi ship, or maybe I'm mistaken.

DarthAnt66
Oh, I mean like, I assumed Kas'im got new feats since the start of 2015 if people are considering him powerful now or something. *shrugs*

Nephthys
Lmao, Ant rage.

You know why I think Kas'im is so good, I shouldn't have to remind you. Bane wasn't less skilled by much and was more powerful so he had the edge. Saying Kas'im skills are meaningless is exactly why don't want to keep talking to you. Holding off two skilled duelists isn't better than holding off one duelist who's more powerful and skilled than those two are.

NewGuy01
Sith Assassins certainly do focus on lightsaber combat, Neph.

Also, Kas'im has two feats that tend to be overlooked guys. I mean, on a Lehon he ran a tad faster than... Well, the Varsity on my Track team. That means off nexus, he might be faster than... well, uh, me.

He also killed a mini-rancor rather skillfully, even if it did take him an hour.

Ok? So a guy whose been training for a few months is only slightly "less skilled" than the guy who has devoted years perfecting lightsaber techniques. That sounds like a false conclusion there, also it isn't relevant if he is more skilled Kao still has the better showings as he's actually won a fight unlike Kas'im. Kas'im has nothing to show he can beat him or outskill him, and Kao's force feats are a plus to his superior dueling feats.

S_W_LeGenD
Good fight.

Darach in All-out, if not in sabers.
