I don't know anything about Extant, but MoD is high level a reality warper who went around destroying entire realities and their heroes for fun, he beat Doom inside of about five seconds, and was able to pull out gods and celestial entities to fight for him.

MoD had wrestled the multiverse under his control, and was empowered by it. His control was so great that Cosmic entities of Eternity level and below became his toy soldier.

I wouldn't say that. Extant owned an abstract (Time Trapper), iirc with an entropy rift. And this is a being who has control over time. With the Worlogog, Extant would give him one hell of a fight.

If anyone knows, did Extant fight Parallax? Or was that someone else?

I like the MoD. It's my favorite story that Marvel has never ever referenced again even though it was kind of awesome. I just don''t even get what the point of the thing was.

Extants pretty powerful but MoD seems to have the better feats.
