Lol, Malvolio? Now there's a name I've not heard in a LONG time. He was no joke--he toyed with pre-crisis Hal initially. In fact, he casually blasted Hal through an entire planet:

And back then, Malvolio was pretty much the only GL whose powers were not affected by yellow:

Tbh, I'm surprised Johns never brought him back in more recent continuity, given his love for obscure/random characters. /shrug
