Who wins?

I'm not familiar enough with DCnU. In Pre-Flashpoint, Havok wins. There would be ways for Vic to win, but none of them likely if Havok just doesn't let up with his assault.

nu cyborg should take it. havoc has the firepower to win it, but he'd have to go outside the norm to take this. borg has too many options and a much better durability factor. fun fight, but vic for a majority imo. (and i'm not bothering to count bfr as an options since bfr is for *******. sneer
