How powerful is the overmonitor to his probe (mandrak slightly =< CA Superman) and is the presence as powerful to Michael?

Then might well Michael may win here if he does had all of God's power.

If we appreciate interpretation in Final Crisis or Some Morrison's work like All Star Superman, CAS will win because his "idea" the concept of Super Hero itself is greater than even writer themselves, and CAS is it's concept itself.
If not especially in actual feat, Michael will destroy CAS.
