So I heard that Goku gets a new for in Resurrection of F; So far the only form I saw is the action figures with Goku and Vegeta having blue hair. Does anyone have any updates on Goku's new form?

Here:

it's called "Ssj God Ssj", and as its name says, it is basically Goku turning Ssj after having absorbed the Ssj God Ki.

I quite like it, even if I would have preferred a darker tone of blue for the hair.

I wonder how multipliers work with this. If same as normal would this make him above Beerus?

Isn't Goku labeled as the "Saiyan who surpassed God" in this new movie? Anyway, for sure he is stronger than he was in BoG, so even if he isn't above Beerus yet surely he is very close to him at least.

Ugh... He went SSJ in BoG while using the god ki but his hair didn't turn blue there. I guess he has "mastered" it now or some shit but it looks dumb as hell.

In the first film he was a n00b-SSJG. In this film he's an ASSJG. In the next film he'll likely be a FPSSJG... Who knows what spectrum of hair-colors we're in store for!?

Seriously though. Lets hope they stay with this color for all future upgrades. Red was base and white/blue is super

It looks okay, better than dark blue would imo. Frieza looks pretty stupid though.

More white/silver into the mix is better than just solid blue. We will need to see how it looks in action.

I'm with Aura. White is more of a 'godly' color, IMO. Altough, we are talking about Japan, where white usually represents death, so idk.

I'd like to see it in action as well.

Goku's new outfit looks really nice at least.

Personally, I think the new transformations, for both Frieza and Goku, look AWESOME. I like them BOTH a lot better than SSJG they gave us in BOTG's.

BUT WHY DO THEY KEEP COMING UP WITH NEW FORMS? BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, WE'RE LITERALLY GOING TO BE LOOKING AT A SSJ6. This blue haired form is already the equivalent of SSJ5.

I just wish they would give Goku some real feats, like they used to, tbh. Something like the shit they're content with giving every other anime series, instead of just a bunch of fighting, with some CGI and slow-mo thrown in.

They do look cool, but it keeps getting changed up.

He left us thinking that base form was all powerful and he didn't need god form, now he needs blue hair? How much you wanna bet he loses blue hair and reverts to base again, just seems strange.

I find this so much more boring than GT's transformations. First red, then blue!

Akira needs to revisit SS3 and make that long blonde hair work, thats the only transformation people really liked.

Battle of Gods was alright, for me. Revival of F? Eh. The mini-movie with Vegeta's brother though was the biggest time waster that can die next to Bio-Broly.

dbz ssj modes seem like colors of a flame. Yellow being the least hot to white/blue being the hottest. With red in the middle.

While the blue hair is a lot better than the red hair it's not that good.

A lot more effort went into the DBAF design, and that was an April Fools' joke.

Actually red stars are the coolest, so this isn't a valid explanation.
Simply, AT chose randomly a new colour, contradicting also himself, because pre-BoG he said that he didn't like blue for SsjG Goku because it doesn't look powerful at all.

Actually it does. Because, in part, it's their natural form.

And just like the gods throughout history were illustrated naturally with long hair and beards it makes sense that a Saiyan God would display features natural to the Saiyans.

I think the tail would be a good add in but not fur on the whole body. Look like a mutant to me or more demonish...

Dont get me wrong though. I think the SS4 design is badass. I just cant see it fitting in with the new storyline.

If you think that the Potara fusion made Ssj Goku and Ssj Vegeta from being roughly PC's level to being capable to effortlessly stomp Boohan, now imagine such an enormous boost applied to guys who are already stronger than Boo saga Ssj Vegetto to begin with.
