PS. Toad has the full use of all of his powers, while Manjobber is just manjobbing like usual.

He probably puts Toad to sleep.

I thought he had it on a timer. Like if he stays awake for a minute it kicks in. But if he falls asleep before then he just falls into the ground.

I get the feeling that Martian is someone who should be unbeatable on paper but rarely if ever gets written that way.
