Golbez, the Final Fantasy villain...? Unless he's *way* stronger than I think, Negi owns him.

Golbez can alter space and time.

One of his attacks isn't called "Cosmic Ray" for a reason.

Meh, he should be pretty much standing still speed-wise, and it's not like Negi can't handle a meteor spell either.

Even start of series Cecil and Kain were able to survive Titan's attack which caused some massive ass chasm across a mountain range, which came out in the double digit gigatons. Giant of Babil was able to nuke continents and Meteor is the strongest spell in the game, which only succeeded in loosening Golbez's mind control on Kain or w/e

As for speed, Golbez and Cecil's clash caused massive cloud parting
