Vader still.

Been awhile since I read the books, but IIRC Jacen didn't really get impressive until the later half of the series.

He had some decent showings of killing hordes of Vong Slave soldiers on the Battle of Dantooine and outdueling his brother.

Not sure how that compares to Vader though
