Setting: Mustafar

Plagueis gets full power and health restored after each battle.

No amp/prep time.

Is everybody in their prime? 5 could be a feasible challenge if that's the case. He could probably stop at 7, which, by the way, is above 8. He could feasibly stop at 6, too, but Dooku's just ill-suited to fighting Plagueis.

Yes. You should assume a character is in his/her prime unless specified otherwise in the gauntlet.

Wyyrlok should hold up in a clash of the Force, but his inferiority is more accentuated in the physical department. I'd say a combination of him, Surik (prime) and Ventress could plausibly beat Plagueis, but he could potentially win as well.
