This is ROTS Sidious, and prime Exar Kun.

Kun doesn't have any amulets or anything just his personal command of the force.

Sidious, obviously.

Exar is definitely strong enough to make him work for it, and is a threat that Sidious has to take quite seriously, but he's still the stronger.

Kun isn't really strong enough to make him work that much for it.

Eh, while Sidious is the strongest, I am not in agreement with how *much* stronger many count him as, in comparison to the other notable sith lords.


I mean, Dooku can make Yoda work hard, after all.

I think Luke claimed Exar Kun was the strongest dark side force he met sense Palpatine.

After Palpatine actually. Kun is comparable to Palpy but Palpy ultimately wins.

Palpatine of course wins but I agree that Exar Kun would make him work hard for it.
