If I understand quantum observation, I don't, then it seems he isn't actually creating or destroying universes through his own power like Franklin Richards, for example.

Feats: Sentry
Implied Power: DM

However it will be DM because Sentry has no way to permanently kill DM.

I'll debate this with OAS though, be a good debate.
