One apprentice fought Maul the other fought Vader.

I don't recall Olee doing anything amazing. Darsha was able to kill some hawk bats, kill some thugs in Coruscants lower depths, and held her own against Maul.

Unless I'm missing something she should win in a decent fight

It should be safe to assume, that at the time of Shadow Hunter Maul is far better duelist then Vader at the time of Dark Lord. Darsha did much better against stronger opponent. She wins, and I think, that it would be something less then a decent fight.

More or less a TPM Maul clone kicked Vader's ass.

Olee was being toyed with by Darth Vader. She didn't dr anything besides hold Her own against Vader at least somewhat. So meh.

Both are trash.

It's true, though. And both should have a fair chance at winning, even if neither of them can hold up against a Sith Lord.
