Hm, that's a good question. I think... yea, I may have to lean Skorr too, though not easily.

Skorr in a good fight.

To me the inquisitor is perfectly optimized to fight and kill average level jedi, Tol Skorr may not be one of the top tier fighters in the Star wars universe but he is anything but average . His ability to survive the Tuk'ata (a known force sensitive killer) twice, beating an exhausted but still capable Vos into a pulp , and his reputation as one of Dooku' s most capable acolytes places him solidly above the Inquisitor in my eyes.
