It's not a clear victory for Obi-Wan, IMO. Numerous sources imply Saesee was a peer of Mace Windu in skill, so it's a challenge for Obi-Wan even if he does win.

Except, Obi has an answer for Tiin's speed(moving with speed that surprises Vader) and for Tiin's strength(Matching Vader blow for blow)

I hardly see Obi having anything more than a small to medium percentage of difficulty against Tiin at best. And that's mostly due to Tiin being younger and Obi's lack of TK showings at that age.

That's if he let up his concentration, such as looking at the Stormtroopers (which Vader considered a dangerous act). And logically, the reverse would apply, except Ben briefly broke his focus on combat by "risking a glance" at the company, yet there were no consequences. It's a fear/caution Vader had, that's all. So if Saesee slips up, then of course he's vulnerable, like anybody else - but if he maintains his focus on Obi-Wan (and I see no reason for him not to) then Obi-Wan would not be easily bypassing his defenses.

Sources do imply that, and other sources claim Saesee is one of the best Jedi in the Order. Obi-Wan considers Saesee one of the best Jedi swordsmen in history. Then Saesee sparring evenly with Mace for about two pages widens the implication that he's comparable to Mace on some level. There are a few people which exaggerate this gap - but by all means, Saesee is close enough to provide a challenge to Obi-Wan.

I'm aware that Obi-Wan matched Vader's blows, but you say that as if there were no long-term consequences, which there were - Kenobi tired throughout the duel in having to hold up against Vader's sheer strength. Saesee does not have Vader's strength, by any means, but it's plausible that after a protracted fight, Kenobi will show signs of fatigue.

And it won't be an easy win for Obi-Wan given that he was only a match for ANH Vader, who was a mere shadow of his former self and hasn't really beaten anybody on Saesee's skill level, much less with ease. If you disagree, then show me Vader beating somebody of Saesee's skill level with ease.

Regarding Obi-Wan's telekinesis, he's confirmed to not have diminished in power as per the ANH junior novel, but Saesee outstrips him in telekinesis anyway.

Saesee is more unknown than sh*t which I think people tend to forget. He's lauded as a highly capable swordsman and his only showing against another duelist is him doing well against Mace Windu.

Based on hard evidence ANH Kenobi wins, but you're probably deluding yourself for the sake of stroking whatever agenda it is you generally run with if you're trying to push the notion that he'd stomp Saesee.
