Just wanted some clarification on the difference between the anime and manga.

Seem anime has things a little different

seems like they had ssj3 goku on a similar level to Mystic Gohan in the anime.(pre kid buu fight)

SSJ3 Goku fought Buutenks in the anime iirc. He was well above his manga counterpart.

Also Base Vegetto was above Buuhan in the anime as well

Back in the day I saw some episodes every now and then but I never fully watched the anime.

Lets just isolate these here. Anime make see the hierarchy more like this.

Manga is a different story.

Yea the anime switched it up big time. They made SSJ3 Goku seem on par with Mystic Gohan.

If I recall correctly Goku says he could have beaten Buu-collo.

Goku wasn't stronger than Buu/Picollo in the Manga or Japanese version of the Anime. Only the poor English dub made him seem stronger. In the Anime Goku stated when Gotenks-Buu lost his power and become Piccolo-Buu "Good now Gohan can beat you again". He never stated he could beat him.

Also in the Manga and Anime Goku flat out stated if he would of went full power against Kid Buu from the start he would of won. So Kid Buu isn't as strong as SSJ3 Goku.

well there you go. So that is crazy. There are power differences between manga, Japanese anime and English Dub.


They need to get there sh*t together...

actually the English Dub makes it out that Kid Buu is the most powerful Buu.

That'd actually explain why Vegeta's so uber in BoG.

Just in case people wonder why I place Kaioshin over Piccolo.

^ Aside from that, there's also no way in hell that Piccolo was powerful enough to stun Fat Buu with his attacks, like Kaioshin did.
