Does Clint have good h2h feats? Ive only seen a few and always felt he should be below the likes of daredevil yet above natasha

Of course it matters, unless you ignore NW's history of dodging projectiles. Plus he has projectiles of his own and the new 52 suit gives his added protection.

yeah, because clint totally doesn't have aoe arrows (explosive, knockout gas, hardening foam, net, etc.). You act as if he has to hit nightwing outright; meanwhile, he actually just has to get close to him with arrows like that. Dodging isn't his only option, Dick is also very accurate with projectiles as seen below.
Clint is simply outclassed, Dick has been evading automatic gunfire, missiles and sniper fire since age 10. He is too agile, fast, skilled, and experience for Clint.
