Setting is downtown Oslo, Norway, high noon with dark rain clouds aplenty in the skies.

Both are at full power and have their respective Mjolnirs, 100 yards apart.

Could probably go either way. I'm inclined to side with Ultimate Thor, just because he was easily slicing through chitauri ships with his (axe) mjolnir and pretty much one-shotting everything with his lightning. And he can teleport.

But he doesn't have the same city-busting feats as Hemsworth THor... so I don't know.
