Also MCU Thor had been shown to have lightning powers without the hammer.

They don't have the punching power to ko Thor.

He cant touch them outside of Ock, but they cant hurt him. Stalemate.

Lol wut? Thor was reacting to and blocking laser fire. Yes he can definitely tag them.

Considering he pretty much stalemated Hulk while trying to talk him down and not trying to blow up the helcarier (not going into who won that encounter)

Thor could 1 or 2 shot Lizard and possible Venom. Doc oc would be much easier.
Thor has crushed and ripped off parts of Iron mans suit without too much effort, he could either rip off doc ocs arms or use him as a club to KO the other 2.

And this scenario isnt getting into him using lightning.

hadmitedly hulk could have done more damage in the helicarrier but was more focussed on thor so anything goes for that argument. if thor can still use lightning then he roasts venom, manages to grapple ock (after being put through a few walls)... cant really remember lizards feats so i will leave it to you guys

Both Thor and Hulk could've done more damage. I just dont think Lightning nor a tornado would've made a difference in a fight against Hulk.

Thor ftw against the rogues. They don't have the power imo to bring him down.
