Setting: Forests of Dathomir, Lord Vader has arrived to execute the witch.

Who wins?

On Neutral ground this would still be Talzin's fight, but on Dathomir she most certainly wins.

Considering that Talzin is a "powerhouse who can go toe-to-toe with Sidious" I'd say she most likely wins.
