From the JLI archives, when Dreamslayer, as a disembodied astral being, possessed Max Lord. Upgraded his powers, with no nosebleed and no limit to his mind control.

What did he do feat wise?

cdtm
Controlled an entire island full of people easily. Got the JLI to fight each other. Basically, he's everything Max is, only without the weaknesses. He's also a pretty powerful sorcerer.

Was only stopped by Silver Sorcerous having an astral battle when she was mortally wounded, taking him with her as she died.

Dreamslayer. Powerful telepath PLUS Powerful mage = killer combo.

Galan007
Cass.

Easily mind-phucking Xavier(whose psychic powers were amped to the tenth power at the time) is far superior to anything Max did while possessed by Dreamslayer.

cdtm
Base Max mind screwed J'onn. who's easily on Xaviers level (at least.)

Golgo13
If he punked MM, then he would make this interesting.

Yep, it happened right after Invasion, when the gene bomb brought out metahuman powers. Max manipulated J'onn like he wasn't a powerful telepath from a race of telepaths with thousands of years of tp techniques. Whatever Maxes power is, it's NOT normal tp, as it cuts right through defenses.

Wasn't as Dreamslayer though. But Dreamslayer possessed and amped up Max's powers, so imo anything Max himself did during that era should count..

And if you aren't familiar, Cerebra amped Xavier's psychic senses to the tenth power:

This is obviously much different than multiplying a given number by 10. For example:
2x10=20
2^10=1,024.
HUGE upgrade.

Cass is just on a completely different level than most telepaths, imo.

cdtm
But doesn't Xavier need Cerebro to do planetary tp?

MM did that a few times under his own power. Ostrander mini example is especially impressive, as he surface scanned the entire planet in a few seconds looking for a specific piece of information.

And if you want to talk high-end feats, how about his psi-war with Phoenix, which took place on infinite planes of existence simultaneously:

But anyway, Chuck was amped by the tenth power when Cass, rather easily, mind-phucked him. Unbelievably uber.

I don't see any telepath beating Cass.

Glorificus
Cassandra casually no-selled Xavier and a Phoenix-manifesting Jean at the SAME time.

She knocked Charles on his ass while mind-raping Jean into a drooling mess without showing the slightest bit of difficulty.

It's gonna take something like Shaman Nate Grey or Dark Phoenix-level abstract psionic entity to take her down.

I don't see Shaman Nate winning either
