Both are skilled but who there compared to they aren't. Bellatrix was able to take on Ginny hermione and Luna by herself and win, kill Tonks, and defeat Kingsley, hurt the long bottoms to the point they don't know there on kid anymore, and was taught by voldemort and is regarded as his best luitenant, in power and loyalty. Sirius has defeated Lucius Malloy.

And Bellatrix had to use a cheapshot to kill Sirius while he was having a bonding moment with Harry, while Molly Weasley took her out like the trash she was.

Had to is are strong words. I would say that she took the opening and killed him. However Molly is no where near the level of bellatrix. Bellatrix underestimated her and didn't defend or attack the way she was supposed to. So jolly killing her is a feat yes but not one to put her on the scale with snape and mcgonaagll.

Bellatrix literally just stops and stares and then gets killed. I'm not sure that is something you want to cite as an example of someone overpowering her or being more skilled.

Bellatrix is the most feared death eater after voldemort and the third most skilled death eater after voldemort and snape. She killed Tonks a well skilled auror and defeated Kingsley shacklebolt the second best auror after moody,, defeated four snatchers in deathly hollows part 1 with ease, one being fenrir grey back, survived the first half of the battle of hogwarts and only died because she underestimated her opponent. Sirius doesn't have anything agaisn't that. Also Sirius is ranked amongst snape and mcgonagall.
