This just "hypothetical" like everything else here

but who do you think would win if Krayt's empire had fought the yuuzhan vong and all of their forces ?

Krayt's empire has no knowledge about the vong before hand


the vong also has their yuuzhan vong slayers as well.

That'd be impressive, because two of their best (Krayt, Nihl) have vong implants and Maladi's an expert on vong techniques ^^


Anyway, the Vong aren't strong enough to conquer the galaxy, they don't have the logistics for it. Krayt's military is quite strong and he'll respond fast, without the wishy-washiness that was caused by Fey'yla and Vong infiltrators (even if the Vong infiltrated someone onto the Moff council, they won't have nearly the same ability to stall). They can take out a major chunk, but they can't win, eventually they run out of soldiers and stall.

Maladi will certainly be making anti-vong plagues. Indeed, while she'll mysteriously forget the origin, her ultimate plague, Omega Red, is a modification of the anti-Vong plague Alpha Red, so she could whip up anti-vong plagues much faster than the New Republic did, as all she has to do is modify it back to it's original form and then make variants of that. Which is another crucial factor- if the Vong are being hit by plagues within the first year, they'll stall out much sooner.

I mean Palpatine's Galactic Empire, even with a technology equalizer has been argued to be ~ the Vong. So...yeah Krayt's Empire stomps without a tech equalizer, and with it for that matter.

They don't have the logistics for it and they almost did? Lol . Also Id love to know what response Krayt has for those weapons that destroyed Sernpidal and Ithor

Greater than the Vong, I'd say. It had the biggest fleet, it'd respond fast, and was only slightly behind the tech the Vong did end up fighting.

They got as far as Coruscant then had to pause for years to catch their breath because taking it took out so much of the warrior caste.

And the New Republic wasn't militerized starting out, but was outproducing them in the end.


Basically, the Vong are extremely nasty and can take a large chunk of the galaxy, but the more they fight, the more casualties they take and the more they have to try and hold.

Sorta like how TOR sith got half the galaxy then were slowing down considerably, for similar reasons.

The Vong can't take the whole galaxy with their logistics, unless it's weak or fractured. Which, indeed, was the reason they were trying to fracture it with spies and agents, to make it weaker so they wouldn't have to take it all on.




The response to Ithor, Maladi. Krayt can do the same back with anti-vong toxins.

Heck, the One Sith got the Jedi by sabotaging the Vongiforming project (a joint Jedi-Vong venture).

The Sernpidal tactic only works if the defenders can't find and destroy the dovin basal. There's a reason it wasn't used against well-defended planets, it was more a terror tactic.

Han Solo had an interesting response, arguing that it'd waste resources on superweapons that'd get blown up by ace coralskipper pilots... but even so, with the industrial might of the Empire and a notably larger fleet than when the NR started, I think the Vong wouldn't get as far as they did in canon.
