Round 1. Windu vs Rots Sidious again but no anakin to ask for or manipulate and no chancellors office.

Round 2. Windu vs ROTJ Sidious

Round 3. Windu vs DE Sidious, no force storms.

Even Vapaad has limits. DE Sidious is beyond those limits.

Even ROTJ Sidious is beyond those limits.

ROTS Sidious...well, he had an apprentice watching. Sidious probably could've gotten by that if he really wanted to.

Windu only holds his own in a duel, when Sidious switched to the Force he was too much for Vaapad to handle. Sidious wins every time unless he decides to 'humiliate' the Karuun which didn't really work out for him.
