Fine no esoterics other than throwing and amped shots. Meaning no ranged lightning, tornadoes, other storms, bfr'ing, etc. etc....

Still Bill, most likely. BB has no answer for strikes that can bust planetoids and crack Galactus' helm.

But for what it's worth, I'd give BB the nod in strength/speed.
