I'd say Ven Zallow but I'm not sure.

Zallow, but for his age Xanatos showed a remarkable amount of skill

Xanatos was good at handling a lightsaber, but IIRC he had lackluster footwork that betrayed his technique.

Ven wins in a decent fight.
