Who wins? In the comics, Carol would be outclassed, but Ms Marvel is definitely overpowered in her series and WonderWoman seems underpowered.

I know more about Ms Marvel, but these are her feats:

-Pounded the Griffin into the ground
-Her shield file describes her as "tough as Thor and almost as strong as the Hulk."
-Carol proves it by briefly overpowering Hulk in a brawler lock.
-KOed Ronan after absorbing energy blasts from his hammer.
-Levels a small army of Super Skrulls, including an Iron Man Super Skrull, and punching a Hulk Skrull, sending it airborne.

Maybe someone could add some Diana feats as well?

Ms. Marvel was hella tough in the EMH series, but I got to go with WW because I think the use of the lasso gives her the edge.

Ms marvel wins. Wonder Woman had a pathetic record against characters of that level.

Yeah, Carol was a beast in EMH. If they fought, I could imagine Wonderwoman crying "Hera! Give me strength!" several times, only to have Carol knock her through a wall with a massive punch or energy blast.
