To be fair, Beatrix gets the sidearm she had in Vol.2, the same one she said she was extremely skilled with. Might as well make it 2

- Guns and Hanzo sword for Beatrix plus her other weapons like throwing daggers

- Guns, garrote wire and widow's bite tazer thingies for widow plus other concealed weaponry

Better damage soak? she was taken out by a rock-salt shell from a shotgun, whereas Black Widow was still conscious after a glancing hit from the Hulk.

Widow also took on superhuman opponents and has shown herself to be really frickin fast and super strong in comparison to pretty much everyone in Kill Bill. Pai Mei would be a better fight for Natasha than Kiddo.

Bucky Chumped BW. The Chitauri were going down to all Avengers, so now they all get superhuman stats. Yeah, let's see Natasha take a chest full of rock salt, and then dig herself out of her own grave. To each their own though. In all fairness I haven't seen Avengers Age of Ultron, so maybe there is something I haven't seen in her yet.

We already saw BW take a glancing blow from the Hulk which is >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> rock salt and BTW, WS would also destroy Beatrix in HTH.

neither win, they engage in lesbionics

Ill side with Black Widow here, her weapons and equipment are just better, though Beatrix is skilled enough to make her work for it.

Bride 10/10.

Natasha works for every win, B is ruthless, but tash is faster, more clinical, better gear, LOTS more agile. I Love QT as much as the next guy, but 'cool points' aside, Widow wins.
