Namora has been out of the water for 10 minutes.

Frenzy is as good as dead. Unlike Ms. Marvel, she can't even attempt to dehydrate her with energy blasts so it's gonna be all H2H and that's bad news for Frenzy.

Well, Ms Marvel is incredibley durable, just look at Secret Invasion. A massive Super Skrull drove her through miles of subterranean rock and fought dozens of super Skrulls. All that durability didn't help all that much against Namora though. One punch, and almost all that durability was washed away.

Frenzy can't fly, and she doesn't have energy blasts. She would get beat down just as bad as Ms Marvel, if not worse.

Namora gets my vote.
