What has Starkiller/Galen done in terms of lightsaber skill that exceeds Mara?

Well, the last thing we saw ANH Vader do is off old Ben. ...And comes to that, just how much stronger does he get between ANH and ROTJ, anyway? Other then Luke and Galen, he doesn't have any worthy sparring partners.
