I have asked around for years if anyone has seen this movie. Funny story actually.. When I was younger I woke up in the middle of the night to my tv on (I always sleep with the tv on) and it was a horror movie. I tried to go back to sleep but couldn't so I stayed up watching this movie I faintly remember. I do recal an asylum maybe.. Also the bad guy was a doctor or professor I'm not sure who used like childhood fears or something to torture his victims. I think I remember someone drowning. I'm not sure. What I do remember was the ending scene where a victim escapes to the woods with the bad guy following her and she stabs him in the eye with a syringe if I'm not mistaken and he turns into ash or something... Something black. If anyone could help my god I would owe you forever!
