I'd say Dooku in a good fight

Dooku probably takes sabers, Krayt probably takes Force, all out is up for grabs.

Sabers only is in Dooku's favor, IMO.

I'd go with Krayt. Double-sabers, lots of strength and speed, plenty skilled. The strength should help give an edge.
